This storage facility is the best in this part of town. The yard is Well maintained in a serene & safe neighbourhood tucked in the woods, yet easily accessible & affordable. The staff were super friendly & informative in booking me in, highly recommended, keep up the excellent service!!

The Scarborough self storage design offers over 900 units ranging in size from a mini-storage locker of 4ft x 3ft x 4ft (12 sq.ft.) to a double garage 20ft x 30ft (600 sq ft). XYZ Storage is formerly known as All Canadian Self Storage having served our customers for over 20 years with our self storage units and exceptional customer service.
Customized storage units can be constructed to accommodate these (larger area) needs and XYZ Storage may be able to provide racks and shelving if needed. Clients may make use of fax, copier and wi-fi services. The self storage staff will handle incoming and outgoing parcels at no charge to their customers.
Heated self storage units starting at $25.00. The Scarborough self storage facility also features on-site moving truck rentals, blankets and moving dollies. The storage facility has a large selection of wrapping and covers for furniture protection/storage, packing supplies and moving/storage boxes. XYZ Storage does not charge an administration fee or security deposit. Move-ins/outs are prorated to the day, with no advance notice needed, and the rental term is per month (not 28 days/4 weeks).
