We prorate your rent for your move-in and move-out. For example, if you move in on the 11th of the month, we’ll only charge you from the 11th to the 31st. The process is the same for you to move out. If you move out in the middle of the month, you’ll be given a refund for those remaining days you didn’t store with us.
