XYZ Storage had the pleasure of attending the SSA Conference and Trade Show in Washington, DC this March. XYZ Storage is honoured to participate in the yearly conference and trade show held by the Self-Storage Association (SSA), our team loves to communicate with different self-storage companies in the United States and in Canada. Johnny Hendrie and Tracey North were invited by Leslie Kellen (Director of Operations) and Hal Spradling (Owner of ACSS) and couldn’t have been more happy to attend the SSA Conference in Washington DC. Our employees learned about the self-storage industry and about themselves as well. Engaging with other companies and communicating with what they think will be best for the company. ACSS has found these conference beneficial as it shows our employees on what we should focus on this year to help improve overall revenue in the company.

While in Washington on their days off the team toured the Washington state. They visited a ton on historical monuments, museums and fabulous eateries. Just to name a few:

Washington Monument
World War II Memorial
Lincoln Memorial
Holocaust Museum
US Capitol
Smithsonian Castle
Natural History Museum

The team had a blast touring the sites of Washington, DC and learning a handful of new tips and techniques in the self-storage industry. In the words of SSA, Participate, Learn, Benefit and Succeed.
