Yes, we are prorated to the day, Simply ask for your refund when you are moving out.
Do I have to provide you notice for moving out?
No notice is required for move out, but we recommend you update your profile with a move out date in the customer portal.
Do I keep the lock?
Yes! The lock belongs to you after move out!
What do I need to do to initiate the move out?
Simply move the content out of the unit, leave the unit door open, and let one of our client experience managers know that you are moving out. We will check the unit and process the move out.
